My car broke down on Tryon Street and Arandas happened to be one of the closest mechanics. Boy was I
lucky. They went ABOVE AND BEYOND. They recommended a tower who was efficient and kind, and when the vehicle arrived they were able to give me a diagnostic by that afternoon, which I didn't expect as they were very busy.
They were very honest about what was wrong/ possible future problems after fixing it and gave me a full view of my options. I ended up deciding that it needed to be junked (possible head gasket on $1600 car). They were kind enough to wave the diagnostic, because of the situation. I was blown away. I never expected such a kindness. They were always a step ahead and communicated every step of the way.
I can't rave enough. I WILL NEVER GO ANYWHERE ELSE. If you need ANYTHING give them a chance. They are an honorable company.

My car was overheating so I pulled over and called DK Hardee. Rachael answered and told me to use my
towing services. In my panic, l hadn’t thought about towing. My AC is working fine. DK Hardee did it again. Kudos to the mechanic(s).

I am a newer customer that found Sterling on Google and decided to give them a try due to the great r
eviews. My check engine light was on. They where gracious enough to squeeze me in immidiatly. When I arrived my car was pulled in right away. Marcus who stated he was a newer owner came out to tell me everything the inspection had found. I was impressed by his honosty as he told me what needed to be done now and what could wait. I will definitely be bringing my car here from now on and comfortable referring friends and family.
