We were referred to Sig’s Waipahu location via our insurance as our truck was in an accident. We wer
e blown away by their customer service and their technology. Their receptionist Margarita is a breath of fresh air every single time I called. Her patience, empathy, and attention to detail was on point. The companies technology for us to get an estimate was a breeze and made the process quick and easy. No more taking your car in and waiting for them to see the damages and waiting there to get the estimate and half your day is gone. We set up our appointment online which was so simple. When we arrived Margarita greeted us and explained their work flow and where we are in the process and when we should get our vehicle back. As promised we received our truck back on the day they promised, but in between that time they called to give us an update. The girl who helped us with the vehicle inspection at the end was very knowledge, sweet, and helpful as well. Thank you Sig’s for doing a GREAT job on the repairs to our truck and please give your Waipahu TEAM a pat on the back. We were impressed with every aspect of our process with you. We will definitely will be back should we need any auto body services in the future.

The folks at fix auto Chico are absolutely professional, kind and amazing! My daughter’s car window w
as broken and we were moving her from Chico State back home, which is about a 4 1/2 hour drive.
We had no idea who to go to, though this was the closest place to where we were and we crossed our fingers and went to ask if they could help us out. They took their time to fix it for us and were absolutely kind, generous and did not make us feel as if we were wasting their time. Saved the day, thank you guys. We really appreciate you!
