My Ford F-150 was delivered on a Roll-off to First State Fleet with a burning smell coming from the m
otor and had to do with my 4-wheel drive activated in a low range while I was driving. Thinking that it would be a few days to hear from First State Fleet on the condition of my truck. I received a phone call within 4-5 hours telling the issues I was having and the repairs that were needed. The customer service and the quality of the repairs are exceptional.
