Our family has saved $7000 so far by using West Laurel Garage. My son's 2014 Nissan was diagnosed by
the dealership as needing a new transmission - $4000. We took it to Tommy and his mechanic replaced the drive belt, solving the problem. It cost about $150.00. Then our Subaru needed a new catalytic converter. Subaru Inc. told me it wasn't covered under warranty and would cost over $3000. Tommy told me they were looking at the wrong warranty and suggested I ask again. It turns out it WAS covered under the emissions warranty, and the repair was free at the dealership. Tommy is as honest as they come and uses high quality parts at a reasonable price.

I had an excellent experience at A Plus automotive repair shop. The service was outstanding from star
t to finish, with a level of professionalism that’s hard to find these days. What really stood out was the personal approach—they took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure I felt comfortable with the process.
Ali was especially helpful. He provided me with a very fair and detailed estimate, and there were no surprises along the way. The repair on my Honda Fit was completed much faster than I expected, which was a huge plus.
As a nice extra touch, he even installed a rear wiper blade for free. It’s little things like that that show they genuinely care about their customers. I highly recommend this shop to anyone looking for reliable, honest, and efficient service.
