We've been coming to Tysons Auto Specialties ever since we moved to Virginia in 2012. The biggest rea
son: honesty. They've always been very straightforward with us on problem, laying out why and when things need to be fixed. Equally important is the fact that they've always been reliable to get the work done and even gone out of their way to work with us on timing: More than a handful of times they've provided shuttle to our nearby office when we have brought cars in for work.

Amr took our 440i M on short notice during a holiday week, and completed repairs within 24 hours. It was a relief not listening to the dealer service writers trying to explain what they know little about - here you get hands on knowledge straight talk from the owner. Including root cause of what forced a repair as well as things to be aware of going forward.
Being an experienced DIY’r fixit guy, it is refreshing to know there is a dependable service shop around, when you get to a point where you lack the specialty tools or a lift.
