Integrity is The Best Description of Their Business
I’m a divorced single mom and I’m always aware that some mechanics treat women differently. I found P
oway Integrity Automotive through AAA, then researched their reviews, which were overwhelmingly positive.
I took my 2018 Jeep Grand Cherokee in for a strange sound. They were prompt to review the issue and provide a quote. They completed the service within 1-2 days. It actually ended up being a pretty serious issue and they quoted me for a rear CV joint when it was actually the front CV joint that needed replacing. Despite the front costing more, they still only billed me for the rear, saying it was their error and wouldn’t accept me paying the difference.
Their work also comes with a generous warranty which really puts my mind at ease.
I’m happy to say Poway Integrity is my go to mechanic from here on out. I cannot recommend them enough!!!

Cars service provided next day appointment for a similar problem I had them correct a month earlier.
The problem was my A C quit blowing cold air. The first time they repaired my AC unit that had a leak. The second time they replaced the AC condenser, which was damaged by my low car front and me hitting front parking curbs and stupid SD roads. The first correction may have caused extra stress to my second problem. They showed me damage parts and explained it to me so that I was satisfied and thankful for their expertise and qualified mechanics.
