Brought my M240 into VAC yesterday, they got me in a day early which was amazing. I had a seized tie
rod that I found during a bump steer tie rod install, they got that all sorted out and completed my alignment for me to my specs. It's extremely convenient having a performance BMW shop so close in the city.

They explained the process clearly, communicated with my insurance company directly, and kept me updated every step of the way. I never felt left in the dark. They even helped me clean out my car which looked like I lived in it.
