ed at my Mini Cooper and gave me a list of things that needed to be repaired. I felt a sense of relief of knowing that I wasn't being strong armed into repairing things that we not broken. I had a warranty from the dealer so John was not going to benefit financially. Twice I set up an appointment, and cancelled twice, because the problem was covered with the dealership. John was never aggravated or short with me. I will go with confidence to Crossroads for all my future car maintenance.

Outstanding - Professionals
The guys there, especially Dustin, are lifesavers. We were in Jacksonville from middle Tennessee and
had engine problems. We were referred to BakerBuilt by someone who said these guys don't do the kind of work we need but may know a good place to take it to.
Well, as it turns out, the guys there, Dustin and Brandon, decided to make an exception and show mercy and were able to fix our vehicle and had us back on the road within hours. While we were there we noticed they had some really nice vehicles they were working on. Just by the care they were showing those and our truck as well, I know they do TOP-NOTCH work. They were very thorough and very price conscious, which helped us out tremendously as our parts were quite expensive.

Great shop if you’re looking for an exhaust setup. Called on the 29th and they had me in on the 30th
and done by 1130 that morning. My man Ron was terrific and was very helpful in selecting the right exhaust system I wanted with the tips. 10/10 recommend this place to anyone.
