y, but Gabbie was amazing! I bought this bmw 3 years ago with no prior accidents. They ended up taping up my car in prep to paint (I think) and when they removed the tape, it ruined my original paint. This was their protocol, something they do for everyone. They investigated my car and found out that it had been in a crash before and the repair previously had failed. The damages to repair the failed repair was close to 1,000 dollars. Ultimately Old dominion covered half of it, and bmw covered the other half. When I got my car back it looked better than brand new. The only thing that was bugging me a little was you would never get an estimate on how long the car would take, which gave me anxiety. When the car was ready for pickup Gabbie reassured me I could even pick it up the following week if need be. Super friendly staff! Highly recommend going here if you have a bmw specifically, they’re bmw certified.
