Barry and the other staff are very helpful and informative about issues on my car in the waiting room is very nice also. Took my son's car in for an inspection and our technician Justin prevents us from leaving with a bad

One "band aid" was applied to car and I wasn't told about it..almost got stranded..however spoke with the owner of shop and understood how there could be miss communication between techs and front desk personal.. As we are all human...please no more patch jobs! Lol.. Anyway, thank you so much Action Auto in Medford Oregon...they have the greatest prices in town!
