As a single female, I appreciate that Victor & his team always treat me with kindness, honesty, & res
pect. They don't use scare tactics for greater service suggestions to increase in the bottom line at a higher cost to me. This is hugely valuable to me as I haven't always experienced this from garages, mechanics, & service contractors in general.
