I called around 7:30am one morning after having some warning lights pop up on my dash as I got to wor
k. Some power steering issues and battery as well. Within 20 minutes of my call I had dropped off my car and gotten a response on what the exact problem was. The problem was fixed within a day and I was able to walk and pick up my car after work. 10/10 will use in the future for car needs.

ISOR - IT WAS ALLDONE THOROUGHLY AND PROFESSIONALY - HE MANAGED TO MACHINE THE ROTORS WITHOUT REPLACING THEM A REUSE THE PADS BECAUSE THEY HAD PLENTY OF MILES LEFT IN THEM. IT'S ALWAYS A PLEASUE TO HAVE OZ AND HIS GUYS WORK ON MY CAR THAT IS 13 YEARS OLD WITH 105000 MILES ON IT BECAUSE HE ALWAYS DOES IT RIGHT THE FIRST TIME.

After leaving New York, my son and his college buddies broke down in Nashville. They had no idea wher
e to take our van and they stumbled across Simpson's Auto. What a find, Jim took care of them like they were his own kids. He got a new driveshaft put on it and had it ready to go when they came back through from Florida. I can't thank him and everyone who worked on our van enough, he even gave us a few tips on some work that should be done when they got back to NY. They're the Best.
