I brought my BMW X5 in to have the A/C Compressor replaced.
They ordered and replaced the a/c compr
essor, they called me to come and pickup the vehicle, I went to pickup the vehicle and when I got there they had checked out ac again only to find out that the new a/c Compressor went out. They immediately ordered a new one and replaced it. No problems no with the a/c.

lt being replaced. He was very helpful and respectful unlike the staff over at Bellevue Honda. My seat belt was replaced in a timely manner, even when I missed my appointment. Andrey took care of my shuttle service without a hitch. The staff over at the parts department also were very helpful. Last thing I want to mention is that the place was very clean and spotless. I would definitely go back for my parts and service needs.

ess to why the warranty is not in effect because of the truck being new (2024) with only 40k plus miles. He explained right away why that was the case. The shop before Automotive Experts failed to mention that, took my money and sent me on my way. I really trust this shop and you should too. Kudos to the team!!!
