ed a Kona 2026 vehicle and had difficulty connecting voice activation for both phone and radio service. I stopped at your showroom in Valley Stream and was most fortunate to get Jean to help me. There were a lot of technical issues, yet Jean was focused on one goal: connection to Blue Link, and then phone and radio.. After what seemed like an hour in various trials and errors, Jean was able to get the necessary links for me. I have to say he was very PATIENT, tech savvy and determined…definitely an asset to your company. I want to publicly thank him in this review.
I went in for a sudden car battery replacement, and the team had me back on the road in less than 30
minutes. Mr. Singh is knowledgeable. Staff was friendly and tested my charging system to make sure there were not any hidden electrical drains.
