My car had to be towed by DeFalcos from Summit, NJ. AAA recommended since they are close to my house
. I couldn't have asked for a nicer, more knowledgeable, professional Tow Truck Driver who came to 'rescue' me. Since I was stranded, gave me a ride home. All in all, wonderful experience with DeFalco's from the Towing to the Repairs!! Now, I wouldn't go anywhere else !! Thank you to ALL.

Overall it was an alright experience the only thing I didnt like was even though I requested for a lo
w clearance truck the truck couldn't enter my parking garage and the driver told me they dont do pushes so he said id have to push the car down on my own. Its a morning so nobody is really awake or readily avaliable to help last minute but to make it alittle more awkward for me I had to push it after the top floor ,where my car was, became icy so I was fighting pushing my car, ice, and the newly installed speedbumps that the parking garage installed. Besides all that trouble it was a decent experience, it was a monday so it was busy but I dont blame them for it and they offered me treats at the facility. The facility was also nice and very professional. I dont blame them for the fact that the truck couldnt fit through the parking garage but I wish they were willing to help when they realized I was the only one able to push my car.
