Ichiban handled our car with care and Even went above and beyond what we initially requested to have done it shows that they really care about the product and the quality that they are delivering. Plans to leave for a camping trip with 5th wheel but noticed New Year’s Day my left front wheel hub w
as going bad and bearings weren’t safe for the trip.
Used Truck Techs website to schedule appointment realizing they probably wouldn’t have the part and may not be prepared on short notice the next morning.
NY night, I received a text from Crystal wanting to help me schedule service. When I let her know I was going to miss my trip and reservations if I couldn’t get it fixed the next morning, she said Fernando said bring it in and they would make it happen.
Had the truck there at 8am and was on my way home to loaded up the camper at 10:30am!!
