I love automotive trauma center. They are always honest and helpful! Other places, especially chains
, want to take your money. Here they just want your car to be safe and you satisfied. ATC always gives me the options, whereas most mechanics just tell you the one and only and most expensive option.

Over 20 years ago I walked into Eastgate Shell for the 1st time. As a female, my question to them was
- “ I’m looking for a place to work on my car where I won’t feel like I’m being taken advantage of and a place I can trust they will do what’s needed - and not more. Is this the
place ?” A man in the waiting area (whom I had not seen) said “Ma’am, if that’s what you’re looking for, this is the place.” And my husband and I have been buying gas and getting work done since then.
They take care of us, Itrust them and their work implicitly and I have recommended them to many friends

first of all, the service people are friendly and helpful. second, the place is exceptionally clean.
every time I have needed service I was surprised how good it was. I need a new thing that goes around my license plate because it was broken. Got one for me in a minute, no charge. My low tire pressure warning was on and I did not know how to get it off. No problem, the serviceman filled the tire and reset the warning, no charge, no wait. I have never had this good service anywhere else. Thank you.
