I’ve been bringing my Honda CRV to Strictly Automotive for years now, and I honestly can’t imagine go
ing anywhere else. Every time I come in, I feel completely taken care of. No stress, no pressure, just clear communication and great service. The advisors are always so patient and thorough, making sure I understand what’s going on with my car and what my options are. I never feel rushed or talked down to, which unfortunately has happened at other shops in the past.
What really stands out is how transparent and honest they are. They break things down by urgency and help you understand what needs to be done right away and what can wait along with realistic timelines for that. During my last visit, my final bill actually came in lower than the original estimate, which just reinforces how much they value doing right by their customers.

ressed with Billy’s responsiveness and honestly. He researched with Bimmer Tech the “how to” of my install and called me back with what they said and how much it would cost. Throughout the entire process- from initial contact to picking up the car, he was very communicative and responsive. So much so that it was hard to believe I was dealing with an automobile service shop. Additionally the entire interaction with Monument was all done virtually.

My wife and I bought our BMW X3 from Auto Source last summer and have been bringing it to Mann Motors
for Services ever since. We have several BMW service providers near us, but we will only trust Mann Motors with our business. Over the last year, we have brought it in for multiple reasons including oil changes, replacing our auto-rain sensor, fixing our tire when a screw got lodged, replacing a part for our backseat seat-heaters, standard service at various mileage milestones, and even custom detailing. They are fair, honest and ethical, and always do right by my wife and I. Recently we also purchased a VW Passat as our second vehicle, and we will be bringing it to Mann Motors as well. Quality of work and good service are art forms that are lost amongst most providers, and it is refreshing to have a local shop that we can trust. Highly recommend!

My car died un Vail and i was lucky ( after 3 hours on the shoulder!) to find a towing company willin
g to get me to my destination! I was very lucky getting towed to Holiday! Jeramy is very smart. It took a few days to understand why my Escape literally died. It was fairly complex and he figured it out.
