We had extensive work done on our vehicle. The turbo was the initial issue and also took it in for ro
utine oil change. Did diagnostic testing to get more specific information about the turbo noise. The diagnostics showed other issues such as brake pads, rotors ( which we were told about at our previous oil change) front CV axel assembly, replace front suspension struts, turbo hose replaced , and various other items. We were given photos and detailed cost for work recommended. As long time customers we felt comfortable that what was recommended was truly needed. We were given a loaner car which was much appreciated. Everyone is personable and helpful. We highly recommend Lake Arbor Automotive.

We decided on Hyundai based on features, comfort, value, reliability and warranty. I dealt with five
dealerships in the area: two did not have the model/color we wanted, three played games with me around availability, price and options. Planet Hyundai was professional, respectful, patient, and accommodating of our desires and needs. Did most of the initial work virtually. Hugh shout out to Adam Beckman, General Sales Manager, who made the process pretty effortless and even went above and beyond to make sure we were happy with the deal and vehicle. He and his sales staff are the ones you want to be dealing with in an important purchase like this. This is our last new car and I ended up very pleased with the process of acquiring it, mainly BECAUSE of Adam and Planet Hyundai. I was a car salesman before finishing my doctorate and having a professional career and take it from me, these folks define the sane way to buy a car!
