I hit a deer with my Genesis G90. I have all my service performed at Dennis, so it made sense to sta
rt there for my bodywork. My initial estimate was with Max Tinsley. Max was very professional and provided the insurance estimate quickly. Max made sure I was aware of the possible supply chain issues with a frontend collision on the G90 because of the computer systems. I left the car at Dennis for repair. The customer service Max provided was outstanding! He kept me apprised of the supply chain issues and the repair progress at the exact level I needed.
I picked up my "new" G90 and it is just as nice as it was 3 years ago! Thank you Max and Dennis... I would recommend the Dennis Collision Center and Max to anyone in need of this service.

This experience would have warranted a 5-star rating had there been more consistent and transparent c
ommunication from the body shop regarding the status of my vehicle. I was repeatedly promised callbacks that were not fulfilled, necessitating my proactive outreach for updates. Despite this, I was highly satisfied with the quality of the repair work performed on my vehicle. The sole area for improvement was the communication process. Towards the conclusion of the service, my interaction with Autumn proved to be highly informative and candid regarding the vehicle's status. She acknowledged the prior communication shortcomings and provided her direct contact information. Following this interaction, my vehicle was promptly ready for collection, although it had been at the facility for over two months. My primary concern is the unfulfilled commitments regarding callbacks and the lack of timely updates on repair progress and the anticipated pickup date, which would have facilitated better personal planning.
