Frank Browns Auto, from the courteous tow truck operator to the dude answering the phone, these guys were infomative and professional. Ended up needing a good amount of work and they came through with the quickness, and didn't totally kill me with the bill. I bought a Cadillac back in March 2026. It developed a transmission problem within 300 miles. I went
to a local shop who referred me to Continental Transmission in Cheektowaga NY. Scott who was absolutely amazing. They came picked up the vehicle with a flat pad, brought it to their shop and had it repaired by the next day. I’m still in shock! Who still does that in 2026. Hats off to you guys, you’re the best and I’ll be your customer for life. Will I refer Continental Transmission to friends and family? The answer is absolutely and emphatically.
