y others in the same price range and size that they had and then make an informed decision to make a trade-in purchase. Roy Amrani, our sales associate) made sure that from driving on the lot, to driving off the lot with the new purchase, was only 2- 1/2 hours. But, don't think for a moment that Roy didn't share all the information that he had. He was like an encyclopedia, giving us the details of each car and pointing out the differences between them. Thanks to Paras Bawa I am now a highly satisfied owner of a 2024 Hyundai Tucson Limited Hybrid. Paras
and others (especially Lee Deberry) were outstanding in helping me select the best car for my needs and interest and needs. The Tucson Hybrid's great gas mileage and safety features were most important as I selected between it and other hybrid SUVs. Hyundai's much longer warranty and the Tucson's overall performance when compared to other compact SUV were important too. Paras has been very helpful following the purchase as I learn how to use the navigation and other high tech features. I am also impressed with Hyundai's free BlueLink safety and car care package.

First transmission/differential issue ever and these guys made the entire transaction go so smoothly.
I never had a second thought of who I was going to take my truck to when I heard those horrible grind
ing noises under the rear end of my beloved '98 Silverado. All I had heard for the last twenty five years from friends who had had issues with their transmission or differentials is their rave reviews and they're wonderful experiences working with Barrett Transmissions so I had absolutely no qualms about immediately taking my truck to their business.
I found the entire staff, including the owner, to be courteous, knowledgeable and open to any questions that I had in regards to my transmission/differential issue.
The only hiccup I experienced while working with Barrett Transmissions was no fault of their own, but that of a major delivery service not delivering parts that were needed for my truck as expected. That did cause a one day delay in repairing my truck, but I was immediately made aware of this situation by the staff which I was very thankful for.
All the accolades that I had heard over the last 25 years about Barrett Transmission, in my opinion, are well
deserved. I couldn't have asked for a better experience!
