I called needing a seatbelt. They got one ordered for my Highlander and said they would call when it
came in. They called me in a couple days so i brought my car in the next morning. In a few hours I got a call that my seatbelt was installed and I could come pick it up.

We had to have our 2019 Ioniq 3 towed into the service center. Joey did a fantastic job communicatin
g with us all the way through the process. The work was done timely and thoroughly. A big "thanks" to the whole service department for a job well done. I dread working with auto repair shops, but you guys were great to work with.
