Thought there was a transmission issue. They checked over the transmission including dropping the pan
. The issue has gone away (could have been a fluid level issue), in any case a fair price.

I have never been more pleased with a mechanic's work than I have with Sorenson's. They have always
gone beyond what I expected. I am so impressed with this repair shop, when I purchased my last car it leaked oil. I was told by the dealer that I could bring it in to the lot's repair shop. I brought my car in the next day for an estimate and it was more than I could afford at the time. Later I brought my car to Sorenson's and asked for an estimate, it was almost half of what the first repair shop quoted. Sorenson's did an amazing job and my car never leaked oil again. Each time I have needed any work done, I am pleased with the results. I recommend Sorenson's to everyone I know. I usually drop my car off the night before the work is done and they call to explain why my car needed the work done and always took my budget in mind and gave me alternatives. There are never hidden charges, what the estimate says is exactly what I pay. I have been ripped off in the past but NEVER at Sorenson's. I have never had a bad experience with this company and will recommend them to everyone.

Graffs has been servicing our family's cars for years. We keep returning because they are infinitely
honest and they know their stuff. Recently, I was driving home and my car started yelling at me that my brake fluid was low. I drove straight to Graffs and they discovered brake fluid all over one of the tires and almost no brake pad left. Thankfully, they got me in and replaced the brakes the next day. I was pleased to note that the new brakes were smooth and not grabby like new brakes are wont to be indicating to me a technician who knows his stuff. This is just one experience after many years of excellent service that Graffs continues to provide to our community. We've been to other auto service providers in our area and no one compares to Graffs in terms of honesty and quality work. They are also less expensive than some of the others in our area. You might have to wait a week or two to get your car in but the peace of mind that we get knowing our cars are in good working order because we take them to Graffs is worth the wait. I can't recommend them highly enough.
