Shawn was also great to work with since he provided clear communication, photos, honest recommendations, and no upselling. He caught an age-related CV boot issue during inspection and handled it amazingly with OEM parts, fair prices and reduced labor since there was overlap with other work. My most recent visit was good, even though i was told that ALL oil changes were free, and i had to pa
y out of my pocket. Also, I was promised a complete detailing from a previous visit and I NEVER received it. Also when I purchased the car I was promised a tank of gas and that never happened. I would like someone to contact me to fulfill these promises.
