I recently brought my car in
for rear brakes and an oil change, and the experience was outstanding from start to finish. The service was fast, professional, and reasonably priced—so reasonably priced that I didn’t need to take out a second mortgage to pay for it!
What impressed me most was that everything was completed while I waited. No hassle, no surprises, and no unnecessary upselling—just honest, quality work done right.
Over the years I’ve owned many vehicles and have had them serviced at countless garages, including dealerships where I purchased the cars. I can honestly say I can’t think of another shop that delivers the same level of customer service, professionalism, and value that you get at Burlington Motors.

I can't say enough good things about Jay and the team at S&R Motors.
I brought my car in after ano
ther shop turned a straightforward door lock actuator replacement into a much bigger problem. They told me both front door latch assemblies had "failed" and needed to be replaced. That diagnosis didn't make sense since the doors worked perfectly before I brought the car in.
Jay took the time to have his master technician inspect the car and called me the same day with the real issue. There was nothing wrong with either door latch assembly. The previous shop had incorrectly reassembled the doors, and several components had even been left loose inside the door. S&R's team retrieved the missing parts, correctly reassembled everything, and had both front doors working like new again.
When I picked up the car the next day, everything worked perfectly. Both doors opened normally from the inside and outside, the window rolled up smoothly again, and the door panels were properly reinstalled.
What impressed me most was their honesty and diagnostic ability. Instead of trying to sell me unnecessary parts, they found the actual problem and fixed it correctly the first time. Jay was communicative, transparent, and clearly cares about doing quality work.
If you're looking for an honest shop with experienced technicians who know how to properly diagnose and repair issues instead of just replacing parts, I highly recommend Jay and the team at S&R Motors.
