I had a great experience at On The Move Auto Repair. Our car broke down while we were vacationing out
east, and we were about an hour away from home, so we had it towed to his shop. Being stuck that far from home could have been incredibly stressful, but Jose made the entire situation so much easier for us.
From start to finish, he was incredibly helpful, professional, and easy to communicate with. He kept us informed throughout the entire process and took the time to explain everything in detail so we fully understood what work was being done and why. Jose is extremely knowledgeable, and it really shows. He patiently walked me through what he was going to do before starting any work, which made me feel confident that everything was being handled fairly and honestly.
It’s not always easy to find a mechanic you can truly trust, especially when you’re away from home, but he made the whole experience stress-free. He went above and beyond to make sure everything was handled properly, and his customer service was outstanding.
