I was well pleased with the service but not the price it was more than I had planned for and had the funds really to use for and that's not all their fault but it just put a damper on everything for me

ls, Lisa! She made sure I got a loaner, made sure the problem with my cars A/C not working was noticed and fixed, and made sure to update me along the way. I haven’t received an email to give her a rating, but 10/10 for Lisa, she deserves a raise!

onest mechanics I know. Today was a tune-up for our S60 and there were no surprises. I keep saying it but I believe the best thing about Master Techs is their honesty. If you need an “extra” service done, you can bet your life you need it. They absolutely won’t try to upsell anything to you. If you’re looking for an alternative for Volvo maintenance and don’t want to go through a dealership, you won’t go wrong with Master Techs.
