The dreaded "Service Engine Soon" light came on my BMW on New Year's Eve and I instinctively brought
my car to J Gramley's because of a positive experience during my prior visit. They were closed early for the holiday, but there was still a gentleman there that I was able to talk to and he diagnosed the issue.

h time I take it in, it has been an easy process. Jillian has been my service advisor for my most recent services. She is so patient and pleasant to deal with. This visit, I received a video sent to me by my technician that covered my complete inspection of my car. I expected the video to tell me I needed additional work. It did not. I really appreciated the video just to show me what they covered and did. Pleasantly surprised. Hope I get a video like that every time in the future.

I have just recently been recommended to Auto Service Experts. I have been there twice, and both time
s have been impressed by their expertise. There is never any attempt to "up sell." They evaluate the condition, let you know the cost, and fix the problem. Their pricing is fair. They also go out of their way to address you by name every time they talk to you. This is rare in today's world. It is one thing to do good work, which they do. But customer service is important as well, and this is where they excel. It is important when you leave your mechanic that you feel comfortable with their work, and Auto Experts always leaves you feeling that the work they did has fixed your problem.
