Kudos to Nick Stutzman at Kearny Mesa Hyundai Service and the crew at your body shop for resolving an
issue with the paint on my 2018 Hyundai Santa Fe Sport.
Imagine my horror as I witnessed the exterior paint on my Santa Fe, bubble, chip, break, and flake off my vehicle in multiple places. The defect in the paint made my otherwise nice ride look ugly.
I brought my concerns to Nick who in turn worked with Hyundai who agreed to correct the issue with the paint which would take two to three weeks.
Yesterday, I picked up my Santa Fe Sport and the paint looks FANTASTIC! I am so happy that Hyundai valued me as a customer and was willing to go the extra mile to resolve my issue and restore my faith in their brand.

I have been going to Bond's Automotive, ever since the owner had a mobile service. Now look at them a
ll these years later. STILL GOING STRONG. I would not trust another mechanic with my vehicle, unless I was in a situation where I had to use another one. They are honest, trustworthy, caring, and are like family to me. If your vehicle MUST have a manufacturer part they will tell you, but if a non-manufacturer is available and will do the same job, they will tell you that too. Non-manufacturer parts will save you money. Also, if your vehicle will need some work but not immediately (6 - 12 months down the road) they will tell you that as well. Open on weekends too!!

miling face when entering the service department - to the service received, and how quickly it was performed. We have been going to Bonita Valley for many years, bringing in many vehicles we've had, and have always been very happy with the experience.
Hope Ronnie stays employed there until we can no longer drive a car! Seriously.
