My overall great experience started with a prompt and helpful service call the evening I was stranded
at my workplace. That couldn’t solve the problem, and I gave up for the night, planning to call their repair shop in the morning. But then they called me that same evening and said they could come get it and diagnose it the next morning. The tow happened while I was on my way home to Wisconsin. That initiative on their part likely saved me a full day.
The repair experience was very good. I knew of some other problems with the vehicle, but I was not pressured or scared into fixing those. The repair was done on time and as quoted.
Bottom line - they would be my new shop if I didn’t live 57 miles away.

He has now serviced a 1997 Landcruiser (breaks/pads/rotors/bearings/solved the random clunking noise) and a 2004 Tundra (breaks/pads/rotors/lower ball joint/ alignment/ rear brake adjustment). These are older trucks, each with over 150,000 miles that needed some TLC and Rob was very practical about what needed to be done and because of his approach helped to keep it all abortable. Our 2019 Camry was making occasional loud clunking sounds and exhibiting rapid shakes at highway spee
ds. Complete Auto quickly diagnosed the problem as right front strut which actually broke during the initial evaluation. I was directly shown the failure and explained the needed repairs. Though an attempt was made to use aftermarket parts to help reduce cost, those parts were unexpectedly incompatible. Fortunately, Complete Auto was able to quickly obtain OEM parts for minor additional cost and the repair was still completed within 48 hours.
