Zeid provided great customer service while in process of buying car.
We were in parking lot of Hyundai trying to find a body shop (didn't know Hyundai Mesquite didn't hav
e one). Armando came out and asked problem and when found out, said he would try to find us some numbers for body shops.
In the mean time we decided to look at vehicles because we had considered trading both cars in for one anyway.
Zeid was so patient and helpful. We ended up finding a car we liked. Zeid was very good at helping us navigate some the challenges we had since we were not prepared to buy a care.
This guys are friendly, professional they are very communicative! They know what they’re doing!!!!! I
just know the guys for 4 months and I’m sure I won’t be looking for other shop for my cars !!

I took my 2023 Ford Escape in for exhaust leak, I thought. Joe Martin diagnosed it as a major part f
ailure. The Turbo charger was gone!! He told me take it to Ford. He said they will fix it. I thought I only had 36,000 mile warranty. But he said it should be 60,000 on power train. Ford agreed and replaced it under warranty. This place will have my business and my family business from now on. The cost of turbo replacement from Ford was$2,366 !!! I found a honest reputable garage in Garland Tx.
