Everyone at Milito's is friendly and respectful. This review would have been five stars but for one o
versight. I took my car in for annual service, oil change, fluids, etc. I specifically asked them to check the tire pressure sensors, because the warning light on the dashboard stayed lit even after all four tires were filled with appropriate air pressure. They offered me a free ride home and picked me up when the car was ready, as it needed to be in the shop for several hours. Due to the age of the car and the type of city driving we do, they recommended replacing brake pads and spark plugs as well as all the fluids. They called me to approve the extra expense. Everything was fine until I noticed that the tire pressure sensor light was still on when I picked up the car. I waited while they checked, and they gave me the news that one of them needs to be replaced. It was the end of the day, so that meant scheduling the additional work. My preference would have been to check it and include that service at the same time as the other work. However, Milito's sent a follow-up email specifying the sensor to be replaced and a link to schedule an appointment. The business is well-run and efficient, and I have already made an appointment to go back for the new tire pressure sensor!
UPDATE: I took my car back on the day after Thanksgiving and waited less than an hour while they replaced the sensor. Normally they would charge for the part plus installation/labor; however, because they missed the sensor when doing the previous work, they only charged me for the part. This was fair and I appreciate that they recognized that. I'll be back for regular service (and emergency repairs if needed) in the future.

to be honest and fairly priced. His establishment is clean and his staff seem to be friendly.
