by name. Today I was there for an oil change & fluids top-off before a long trip coming up. When I arrived, a little early for my appointment time, he said, make yourself comfortable. I've got several before you. I thought, OK, it may be a long wait. But in less than an hour he had me out of there (as well as the others who were before me). He never does work that's not needed. Never over-charges. It's a great place to have your car serviced or repaired. I'm a big fan and a loyal customer.

He sent me a video first so I was able to know what he looked like before I arrived showed me the tucson and was just as excited as I was. I am also a nurse and time is definitely not on our side. I explained all of this to him was able to give him what I could and couldnt do and all the information he needed. I knew what my deal was and drove to pick up my 2021 tucson. My Audi experience has been limited to 2012 and 2014 Q5s.
Recently replaced with 2021 Q5 and 2023 Q3
. I was looking for a new service facility that I could trust to be fair and honest.
I found this in Carolina Autowerks of Indian Trail.
From the moment I walked in I sensed the professionalism and sincere desire to meet my needs rather than their own.
My known issues with my Q3 were diagnosed, discussed, and repaired at optimal levels of service. After completion of repairs and service I realized I was in the right shop.
The following day I took the 2021 Q5 in for precautionary diagnosis and service or repairs.
The competent staff at Carolina Eurowerks advised the vehicle had no issues or indications that warranted immediate attention.
At 79, I have never had this happen. It is obvious that I am not mechanically savvy and very gullible about car repairs. I feel very comfortable recommending this shop. I look forward to a long relationship with Carolina Eurowerks.
