& had our car by 5:30 same day..I Will be honest and say I do not like taking my cars to dealership because of High cost, but needed to in this case. Elite Auto came through when most shops wouldn't even return my call. I needed complicated suspension
components installed, and they were one of the few shops willing to take on the job. It was clearly a challenging install, but they got it done correctly and on schedule.
During the process, they accidentally put a very minor mark on one of my wheels. What impressed me was that they immediately owned up to it, were upfront about what happened, and made it right without any excuses. That level of honesty and customer service goes a long way.
Most importantly, they got the car finished in time for ToyotaFest, which was a huge deal for me. If you're looking for a shop that's willing to tackle difficult work, stands behind what they do, and treats customers fairly, I'd definitely recommend Elite Auto.
