As the title says, best place for your car maintenance. This is a huge facility that can handle body
work as well as mechanical repair. I believe they are also in car sales.
I was welcomed and put at ease with what I wanted to be done to my car. I was never pressured into doing anything I didn’t want to do. I was also given expert advice on what I should service on the vehicle.
After all was complete, I was briefed on the condition of the car overall and the cleanliness of the fluids that were changed.
This is under new ownership. I figured I’d give it a try and see what happens. Bottom line the servic
e was great and the charge for service was extremely reasonable. This will be our new go to place for auto service.

I had such a great experience with Arkansas Auto and Fleet! They really took care of me from start to
finish. Jeremy and the young lady at the front desk were both so kind and respectful. They ran a diagnostic test and called me just a few hours later to explain exactly what was wrong, a solenoid needed to be replaced and they were even able to fix it the same day!
A few weeks later, my check engine light came back on, so I gave them a call. They told me to bring the car back in, and this time they kept it a little longer (less than a week), which was nothing compared to when my car sat at Pep Boys for three months. When I went to pick it up, the owner and the same young lady greeted me. The owner was so friendly and genuinely seemed to care about my car and my experience.
I’ve already told my family and friends about this shop for any future car repairs. Thank you all so much for your honesty, professionalism, and great service!
