I have a 1995 Ford F150 with 334,000 miles. I brought it to Hale Automotive where I have taken all
of my cars for many years . My truck hasn't run well for a long time, and the AC wasn’t working . It turned out. It did need a lot of repairs that I should’ve had done years ago ,since it wasn’t my daily driver I didn’t really worry about it.
Hale would send me a text stating what needed to be done and the prices and I would have to approve before they went on with that part of the repair. I had them do everything it needed, which was a smart move. Truck runs perfect and the AC is cold. John Hale ‘s always follows up on repairs
I trust him completely with my vehicle’s. That’s why I wouldn’t ever consider going anywhere else ,so if you have an older car that you think you maybe need to sell or trade it because it doesn’t run very good ,let Hale Automotive check it out,and repair what’s needed at a much lower cost than anyone else , especially a dealer?.

I called at 7:30am the other day, asking if they had time for a same-day appointment to switch from r
egular tires to winter tires, and they did! I deal with some health issues that make it so on some days, I can’t do much, which can make scheduling weeks out for appointments hard. I deeply appreciate when services have same-day availability
Additional pluses:
- they did not comment that I was getting my snow tires on in January (instead of the sensible mid-November time 😅)
- very cute shop dog!!!!
