I've been taking my 2016 Dodge Grand Caravan to Master Team Automotive. Kevin and his team diagnosed
a misfiring cylinder and recommended replacing the injectors. They explained the issue clearly and gave me the option of replacing one injector or all six. I chose to do them all for reliability and the work was done exactly as discussed.
They also tracked down a coolant leak from a cracked thermostat housing that had been causing a chirping noise from the serpentine belt when the engine was cold. The repair fixed the problem completely.
What I appreciate most is their approach. They take the time to explain what they find, they don’t push unnecessary work, and they check related components while they’re already in there to make sure the repair is done right. The work was professional, the pricing was fair, and the vehicle runs great.
It’s hard to find a shop you trust, and I feel very comfortable recommending Master Team Automotive.
