The service is always outstanding with friendliness and courtesy. However, I lowered a star because o
f the experience in the waiting room. The music was derogatory, loud, foul and unpleasant, and I could not even block it with my bose noise reduction headphones. It set a very negative tone for the rest of my day. Do better. Be better. Especially in the presence of a Lady.
