One of my tires had been losing pressure over the past week so it was no surprise when is saw that th
e tire had a large screw embedded in it. The next morning I took my vehicle to Ron's shop where I was greeted by Mike, told him the problem with the tire and was told "no problem." Later that day I received a call saying that my vehicle was ready to be picked up.
All-in-all, the experience was smooth and no hassle. Having lived in Portola Valley for nearly 25 years, I have to say that this is typical of the service that we have always received at Ron Ramies Automotive.

and on time. The give recommendations based on what you need and not how much they can make and if there are a few different options they will go over them so you understand what you are paying for. In the last few months I have had to replace tires on 2 vehicles. Tom’s was able to provide 3 choices of brands to fit my budget and longevity and ride comfort expectations. We are very happy.
