After leaving New York, my son and his college buddies broke down in Nashville. They had no idea wher
e to take our van and they stumbled across Simpson's Auto. What a find, Jim took care of them like they were his own kids. He got a new driveshaft put on it and had it ready to go when they came back through from Florida. I can't thank him and everyone who worked on our van enough, he even gave us a few tips on some work that should be done when they got back to NY. They're the Best.

We got rear ended at a stop light while visiting family. Since we were 8 hours from home we did not
know where to turn. Our car was deemed undriveable but we had our son's wedding to get back for in less than a week. St. B Automotive was recommended as the place to have our car repaired and we left it there as we drove back home in a rental car. The people there were terrifically kind and understanding and fixed our car in less time than we expected after seeing the number of jobs they had in their lot. We were able to get back the following week to pick it up and drive home. It was very refreshing to do business with people who prioritize professionalism and positive relationships. We are grateful.
