Went in for an oil change, was informed that there were issues with my brakes. I know nothing about c
ars, so Mike invited me into the garage to view first-hand what was going on, and what he and his team look for routinely. That's compassionate customer service!
Granted, this is about a year after someone crashed my car and I asked Mike to put it on his lift to tell me what I needed to restore safe driving. He could have rattled off a littany of work that would have padded the business nicely, but he didn't. He and I worked on a long-term service plan to keep my aging car in good health as long as possible.
I consider Mike a partner in keeping my car in good working order. He has more than adequately held up this arrangement over the years, and I'm grateful for it.

k while you wait and a giant window to see into the bays. The shop side is organized and impeccably clean. Car & truck ownership is an investment, at O’Malley’s they treat you with that mindset. Ownership is always present with a high level of care towards your vehicle.
I Spoke with Sam behind the desk at Millville gas, she booked me an appointment for an alignment and
inspection that day . They also offered me a loaner car which was ready for me when I got there t drop my truck off. Alignment and inspection were done in a timely manner ! My truck drives great and I’m very happy with the services performed on my truck as well as the customer service as I was kept updated on the status of my vehicle! We will be back to Millville Service for our vehicle needs in the future.
