Mike and his team are the best mechanics I’ve dealt with over the past 25 years. He will tell you exa
ctly what’s wrong and what’s needed for the repair. Mike will also tell you what needs to be watched - and he’s honest about it. I’ve had other service centers tell me I need to repair things on Mike’s watchlist and push me to have them do the work - but never just watch. I trust Mike to let me know when the time to watch something is up and needs to be done.

Super helpful experienced staff providing excellent service
Everyone at the shop was super helpful and communicative. The best part was that they really help you
understand how things work as you try to understand what could have gone wrong and how to prevent future car issues.
After taking my car in, they fixed my car super fast (I had a hole in my block due to a snapped cylinder Rod). They kept me informed and did a nice clean job. I highly recommend this shop for current and future Subaru owners.

Empire Autohaus was referred to me by Car Care since they do not work on BMWs. They won me over on t
he first phone call getting information and making an appointment. So very nice and helpful. Very professional, kept me informed on what I needed to have done other than just a routine service. I knew up front I needed new brakes but I was interested in seeing if they would give me a "list" of other items that needed to be done "right now"....But they did not. They were honest and told me I did not need front brakes just back ones. I highly recommend Empire Autohaus...I will be back!!!
