ressed with Billy’s responsiveness and honestly. He researched with Bimmer Tech the “how to” of my install and called me back with what they said and how much it would cost. Throughout the entire process- from initial contact to picking up the car, he was very communicative and responsive. So much so that it was hard to believe I was dealing with an automobile service shop. Additionally the entire interaction with Monument was all done virtually.

Oil change was easy to schedule online and quickly performed. I chose them because they have the high
est customer ratings of all independent Toyota service Companies in Tucson. They are also a new business and to have as high of a reputation as they have I am certain they will do 110% to retain their status.

We took our Toyota Highlander in for normal maintenance oil and filter change.
I mentioned to them
I thought we had a brake light out and to check the other auto lights as well just to be sure every light worked. We got a call telling us one or two other lights were not working. They ask us to see if we wanted to fix those. We gave our ok to proceed.
Just the fact they call to discuss further repairs is what I really like about their process. Honestly upfront communication.
