you will ever meet. Sent me home many times saying my breaks were fine. My heart is broken that they have closed. Don't know why but, it's a darn shame because they were the last of the honest local businesses around. Hope they see the many excellent reviews and know that their clients fully appreciate them. This was my first time taking my A6 to a shop that isn’t the dealership so I was a bit wary. But afte
r doing my research, I decided to try Erini. While not the cheapest quote (and far from the most expensive), i know my decision was correct. They were very upfront about what the car needed and what wasn’t necessary. The car was ready before the time they had promised. And when picking it up, there were no surprise charges. I asked about the next scheduled services and what I should watch out for. She printed me suggested/recommended services for the 90/100/110/120/130/140/150k milestones. I’ve never had a shop do that. They came off as extremely trustworthy. And you can see the pride in service and workmansship.
