I am grateful for the support when I had an unexpected car issue (shuddering at specific speeds) and
stopped in, without an appointment, for assistance. Even though the prognosis turned out not to be good news, I appreciate that, instead of suggesting additional, costly services, I was given the facts and honest recommendations regarding how I should proceed (and there was no charge for examining the car to find the problem). I do not live locally but I visit family in Liverpool often and Bayberry Auto, Morgan Road, is an extremely welcome addition to the area.
