I’ve been going to Midas for years and finally got fed up with their poor customer service. Decided t
o try our Baychar and was not disappointed. Booked online -which is a huge bonus for me. Made my appointment for an oil change at 9pm the night before for an 8:45 am appointment the next day (they had lots of time slots available too) and my car was done by 10:30. They recommended I replace the filter but mentioned nothing bad would happen if I didn’t which I appreciated. I didn’t feel I was being pressured. The front desk guy was very polite and quick to attend to me.
