As always, Mark provided excellent service; I wanted to get my car in for an oil change before the ne
w year, and without fail, Mark fit me in. He ordered a new filter "just in case" my car needed one, and sure enough, it did, so it was taken care of that day! I know my car will be on the road for many more miles thanks to Mark! I inform shop of the current issue I was experiencing with my vehicle where the a/c would die in and
out, thinking it was just the switch and ask inquired about my brakes as it was a recommend service from dealership. Able to determine that it was an issue with blower motor and offered two different quotes in regards to repair (different replacement parts; new vs after market) while inspecting the brakes. Waived inspection fee for brake service, while giving information on when I can expect to replace. Didn't try to up-sale me, and offered same day service while keeping me up-to-date with calls (no app or text, great communication).
