This service, he picked up and delivered my car! He gave me the options that were available for what needed to be done on the car. He even took my payment over the phone. The team at Pico Rivera Auto Clinic is so reliable and honest that I refuse to let my company trucks,
or my customers service trucks, get diagnosed and worked on anywhere else. I run a paint and body shop and sometimes I have units that need mechanic work. en with a 5 Star rating, not for fixing the problem on my car, but the response by the owner after not being able to correct the problem. After three attempts and several parts being changed out the problem was not resolved. I then received a call from the owner apologizing for their inability to be able to correct it( an electrical issue) and informing me he was returning the entire amount of money that I had spent. This amounted to well over $2,000.00 which included labor and parts. I was not asked to return any of the items installed in my car and the check arrived at my house two days later. I want to state in the past other issues have been resolved regarding my car by them with procession expertise. Needlessly to say I will continue to do business with Titan Automotive in the future and I highly recommend others seek out their services.
