I made an appointment for an oil change and that was what I got. They did not try to sell me a bunch
of other services like all the other auto shops that I have visited downtown. They did use regular oil instead of synthetic but I will make sure that they know that I want full synthetic on my next visit.

Our family needed to let a family friend borrow a car for a week or two because hers had been involve
d in a collision. Before I let her borrow the car, I wanted to make sure that everything was OK, so I dropped it off at #MyCarDoc and asked for an inspection.
The fantastic team at The Clinic went through the vehicle, made some recommendations, and performed the services that I approved right away. My friend was able to pick up the vehicle at My Car Doc the next day!
I loved having the digital inspection so that I could see what wrong and recommended and then make my own decisions about what to do.
Their clear and easy communication not only made the whole process very easy and #convenient, it was very clear and #trustworthy! Love having an honest shop that I can trust!

I have taken my vehicles to Raymonds for a few years now and have always received the best service fr
om them. Everyone I have spoken to has been friendly and helpful without exception and I always feel treated like a friend and not just a customer.
Raymond's has serviced everything from my Challenger to my pickups since 2021ish. Most recently, I dropped my 2002 truck off with a fuel smell. I was in no rush to get it back so was very pleasantly surprised to get a call the next day with details of what they had found. I requested a full diagnostic on the truck just to make sure it was road worthy (it sits more than it drives) and I was given the details of repairs that were recommended, why they were recommended, if the repairs could be postponed and an estimated cost of the individual repairs barring any unusual circumstances. All of my questions were answered in a way I could understand and I opted to postpone some of the recommendations with absolutely no pressure.
As a single (older) woman, it is important to have service that you can trust, and I trust Raymonds.

hen the warranty company initially refused to resend it, he insisted they do so because it had not expired. He fixed my car through the warranty without me paying out of pocket. I truly appreciate his honesty, support, and excellent customer service. Highly recommend!
