I had some slow leaks in tires that I had previously plugged myself. I was told they couldn't repair
my repair and suggested new tires. I trusted I was being told the truth about unable to repair, but the reason for 5 stars on this review is that I was provided a reasonable estimate and there was no upselling or cross selling ("this also needs to be fixed" or "you should get a more expensive tire"). I had tire issues, and tire issues is what they dealt with. Period.

My daughter-in-law Kiya's AC went out in her Honda and she was quoted a high price to replace it. I
called a few places to check prices and when I called K.A.R. I was very impressed. Kris was polite, knowledgeable and patient. He gave me a price that was out the door all taxes , labor and parts included. He also said Kiya may not need a whole AC unit and he would let us know and adjust the price. Well guess what she didn't need a whole new unit. The thing I value most at an auto shop besides good work is honesty! There was no up-selling, he didn't try to sell a whole unit that wasn't needed and that is what keeps customers coming back honesty and great work. K.A.R. Shop will be getting our business from now on.

My 2015 Honda Crosstour v6 needed a timing belt & water pump 100k mile replacement. I am an engineer
and my wife & I snowbird here in Apache Junction. I searched/googled the internet "near me" and Spectrum Auto Care in Gilbert caught my eye ... and I read several very positive reviews. I visited them and met Michael at the front desk ( Service Writer/Manager). He was professional, polite and very knowledgeable ...especially on some the minute details I brought up. BTW, the shop stalls were all busy!
They did the repair yesterday and it was perfect, including giving me the box of old parts to examine myself! Wow! They earned and deserve more than a 5-score. 100% first class in every way and I will recommend them to all my friends and relatives here in AZ.

My bolts were loose on my transmission mount. Which made my shifter bounce & wiggling. It was a quick
fix for them but WOW how quickly they moved thanks Randy & Kenny from the crazy Camaro Lady ?

ht was on. They gave solutions on passing emissions / took care of several other issues to make our car safe for our daughter to drive. It’s her fiat car & they’ve handled it like it was family.
